To support a fundraiser for the Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce, First Financial Bank of Magnolia, TX decided to donate cases of water for the event to ensure all of the attendees would stay hydrated. With not enough time, or the need for minimum order quantities required by online retailers, they approached Monarch Sign & Graphics for help with developing a solution. During a consultation with the marketing coordinator with First Financial Bank, we gained a full understanding of the size of the project, their vision for the finished product, and the requirements of their brand standards. We knew that we were the perfect sign company for their project! We returned to our sign manufacturing facility to test the concepts that would bring this project to reality; we started by purchasing the same brand of water they would be using at the event and selecting several types of vinyl for testing. With a sample batch of decals printed for testing we applied them to the water bottles to test how well they would adhere to the water bottles. After narrowing the options to just a few, we moved to the next phase of testing; submerging the wrapped bottles in a cooler full of ice to replicate what these wraps would be subjected to on the day of the event… During the eight hour testing process, we periodically removed some of the bottles to see how well the vinyl decals were performing. Tomball, TX – Custom Banner Stands for Hospital Tomball Regional Medical Center to thank the Houston Chronicle Recently, the Tomball Regional Medical Center was named as one of the Top 100 Leading Businesses by the Houston Chronicle. To show their appreciation for this honor, as well as promote their new status, the directors at the medical center wanted to add temporary signage at the main entrances for both visitors and employees to see on their way in; their thoughts were banners, but with a more professional appearance. To provide a solution to this need, they contact Monarch Sign & Graphics for our reputation of providing high quality, dynamic, temporary signs. With a tour of their facility completed, we suggested using X-Frame banner stands to advertise their award. Not only did this option compliment the décor of the lobby areas, it was a cost effective solutions as the hardware can be used for future displays by simply changing out the banner graphics. This, however, was not the end of the dilemmas this project presented as all of the artwork that had been created for the announcement was specifically created for either digital display like power point presentations, or for small format printing such as brochures and handouts. To overcome this issue, we enlisted our expert graphics team to make the files ready for large format printing. Whitmeyer’s Distilling Co. is a local Houston business located in the Willowbrook / Champions area and are known for making some of the best Bourbon, Whiskey, Moonshine, Vodka, and Gin. While they were established in 2012, and have created an impressive reputation for themselves over the past 4 years, not a lot of folks could find them easily; or that they offer distillery tours and have expanded to include a tasting room for potential clients. With their recent expansion, and being located inside of a multi-unit business park, they needed a way to make sure patrons could find them easily. While they do have a couple of traditional signs on the property, the widening of the street they are located on, along with new business’ being built beside them, these signs are now very difficult to see. With no room to add additional signage, they called on Monarch Sign & Graphics to provide a solution. To get started, we visited the location to meet with the owners to fully understand what their expectations were. After this meeting, and a survey of the property, we offered banner flags as a viable attention getting solution. As you can see in the pictures to the right and left, the final products were just what Whitmeyer’s was after. Towering at 13’ tall, these flags command attention! In addition to getting them noticed and increasing business, they also love them because they are easy to put up and take down; giving the option to only place them out when they are actively engaged in giving tours and tastings at their distillery.
